All upholstery services and replacement chair cushions are custom-made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

After receiving your order, our team will contact you to request photos of your chair. This ensures we are upholstering and sending the correct pads for your model. Orders will be on hold until these photos are received and verified.
Our upholstery service is a full reupholstery service, not just the sale of new seat and back pads. To maintain our inventory and continue offering this service, we require the original seat and back pads to be returned to us.
A $100 pad return deposit is included with every order. Once the old pads are sent back using the provided prepaid return label, this $100 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
