LOVE IT! So much better than the original cushions!!

LOVE IT! The custom upholstered cushions from Crandall Office Furniture for my Steelcase Leap V2 chair are WAY better than the original cushions!!
I had my chair for 7 years before the original "leather" cushions started to break down. I splurged for the top-grain leather and I'm sooo happy!
It looks amazing and feels even better. The seat is quite a bit thicker than the original and the back is about the same.
The short installation videos were perfect, and I completed the install in about 15 minutes.
TOTALLY worth it!!

I bought a used chair in good shape aside from the cushions, and the new foam back and seat in vinyl looks great and is very nice to sit in for hours.

Quality Pads - Avoid 3D BioKnit

Pads arrived quickly, and replacement was quite easy. Cushioning is a huge improvement over my aged factory upholstery and cushioning. Crandall's upholstery work is solid as well.

My only complaint is the 3D Bioknit fabric. If you're considering it, go with any of the other options. The 3D BioKnit fabric is only on the chair back, with the seat pad being done in standard BioKnit. This makes the chair look unmatched and was quite a disappointment, particularly with the $35 upcharge. I watched the fabric review videos and read up on it before hand, but all said and done I'm rather bummed.

Very happy with pad replacement

Very happy with pad replacement. Timing and return was very easy. I would recommend including some cheapo long tool to help pry the bottom cushion off, that's the biggest point of friction.

All upholstery services and replacement chair cushions are custom-made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Chair Verification & Refundable Deposit

After receiving your order, our team will contact you to request photos of your chair. This ensures we are upholstering and sending the correct pads for your model. Orders will be on hold until these photos are received and verified.

Our upholstery service is a full reupholstery service, not just the sale of new seat and back pads. To maintain our inventory and continue offering this service, we require the original seat and back pads to be returned to us.

A $100 pad return deposit is included with every order. Once the old pads are sent back using the provided prepaid return label, this $100 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.

Failure to return your original chair pads will result in a void of your upholstery and pad warranty.
