Chairs must be returned in original packing (please keep box until you're 100% sure you're keeping your chair). Buyer is responsible for the disassembly and re-packaging of the chair prior to return. Chairs with custom fabric, leather, brisa, or chairs with significant visible wear or damage, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Limit 1 free chair return per customer.

I was looking for a chair to use for my personal setup and work from home office and had trouble deciding who to buy a chair from. I found Crandall from various posts and youtube videos and their reputation impressed me so I decided to buy an Amia. This is hands down the best chair that I have ever sat in. My back feels supported and the cushioning that they produce and install are amazing. I got this chair in the obsidian diamond bioknit and it gives it a subtle and clean look and texture, which I really appreciate. You can barely tell that this chair was previously used, which speaks volumes to the work that the team does to get a chair ready for a customer. Final shoutout to the support team and Sheri, who were able to accommodate my hold request so the chair would arrive the day after I moved into my new apartment.

Took about 3 weeks to arrived but I am very happy with this chair! Very comfortable and supportive. It has a bit of a different feel compared to the Leap V2 but I find the bioknit material extremely comfortable for both seat pads!
The only thing that didn’t look new is the wheel base of the chair, it has a few visible scratches but that’s to be expected with a remanufactured item. Everything else looks like it’s in great condition, and I love the arm pads. Thank you Crandall!
I am glad and thankful that this company exists. I work in IT and Steel case leap v2 is the only chair I can use for work and those brand new chairs from steel case are crazy expensive (2000$ for leather). Crandall is selling same chair (remanufactured) for 1250$. The chair is not only like brand new but also has better seat cushion. I bought two steel case leap v2 chairs from these people.
These people are so good that they are even upholstering the chair (from fabric to leather) for 500 dollars and all done by shipping (I made mistake of buying first chair in fabric). I can vouch for them any day. Even I recommend directly ordering from their website instead of Amazon. I do not think we need additional brand trust of Amazon when this company service is that good. That is why I ordered my second chair directly from them. We need to encourage these kind of companies as much as possible. Thanks Crandall for doing what you are doing.

No need to review the Leap V2, if your here chances are you already know how great of a chair it is. The additions from Crandall make the chair even better with custom padding, upholstery, and better wheels.Adding a head rest fixes one of the only flaws the Leap V2 has. Having actually sat in the remanufactured now, I can say the additions are very well done, and feel great even after hours of sitting.
I quite enjoy my remanufactured Leap V2! It's not often that I get to make large purchases for myself, and often times I'll get major buyer's remorse, but this chair has proven to be a game-changer. The amount of customization and personalization I was able to put into it makes it feel very special. I will definitely be recommending Crandall to friends and family in need of an ergonomic chair.
I sit on my butt... a LOT! Teleworking is great but one place it comes short is office furniture. I'm pretty much on my own in that department so after years of "trying" other chairs, I'm happy to declare that search over! It was just as advertised, easy to assemble, and the extra padding worth it! Last chair I'll need... unless my husband wants one (hint: he already does!).
I never thought i’d be a person to say this, but this chair is worth every penny and maybe even underpriced.
The chair is fantastic; better than new. Highly adjustable and solid. Firm where it needs to be and comfortable all around. I've had it for about 4 days now and really enjoying it. This replaces a 15 year old chair and the difference is significant. Chair came a few weeks before I expected it, which was also very nice.

How Does the 12 Year Warranty Work?
This batch of 2026 as-is Steelcase V2 Leap chairs are covered by our industry-leading 12 year warranty under normal usage. All working components are warranted for 12 years against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is held by Crandall Office Furniture, not by Steelcase.
In the event of a failure, Crandall Office Furniture will send replacement parts with installation instructions – installation labor costs, or tools needed are not covered. In the event of a failure beyond repair, a replacement chair will be sent. This warranty is good up to the stated manufacturer’s weight limits / capacity, which is 400lbs for the Steelcase V2 Leap Chair.
Warranty is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or modification. Warranty only applies to the product; Crandall Office Furniture is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience, or any other special damages caused by any defect.

We’ll send you a return shipping label and refund your entire purchase price once the chair has been received and inspected.
