Our Commitment to Quality and Durability
All Crandall Office Furniture Chairs and Office Chair Replacement Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the entire chair, not only the replaced parts. We’ll evaluate each claim and, if needed, provide replacement parts or a replacement chair. Labor or tools for repairs are not included, and we won’t require you to send your chair to us at your expense.
The warranty is void in cases of negligence, abuse, misuse, modification, or standard wear and tear. Coverage is valid only within manufacturer’s weight limits and applies solely to the product, not to other damages or inconveniences. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner within the United States.
If a replacement chair is needed, the defective chair must be returned. We provide a prepaid return label for the chair to be sent back in the box your new chair arrives in.
Simply put, we stand by our chairs. If your remanufactured chair breaks, we will send you the parts to fix it or send you a replacement chair.
Return Policy
Your Satisfaction, Guaranteed
We’re confident you’ll love your chair, but if not, we offer a no-hassle return policy on all chairs unless specified otherwise on the product page. We’ll provide a return shipping label and refund your full purchase price once the chair is received and inspected.
- Returned chairs must be in their original condition and returned in the original box (please keep the box until you’re certain of your purchase), and must be in-transit within 7 days of receiving the return label.
- Limit of One Free Chair Return Per Customer/Household.
- Chairs with custom fabric, Brisa vinyl, leather, or significant wear/damage incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Replacement chair parts, they must be in new, unused condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
