A game changer for your old worn-out seat

this is the best replacement/upgrade you can get for your old, thin, worn-out OEM seat. The seat is definitely thicker and very plush, the back pad is also thicker and I do feel the difference with the seat and back pad, for the better! my old seat had no cushion at all and i was feeling the hard bottom. I am happy to say, I am not bottoming out with this upgrade! So far I love it and would recommend this 100 times over.

Great service and products

The new upholstery and padding is even better than what came with the chair when I bought it new 5-6 years ago. I came to the site for new armrests which I also purchased, but when I saw the upholstery service it sounded really cool so I figured I'd give it a try. I never liked the original color I had and it was starting to show wear. My chair looks and feels like a brand new chair. The replacement was quick and easy using the YouTube videos and I'm very satisfied with the results.

Excellent Quality

The chair cushion and seat back look like new, even better than I expected. Crandall did an excellent job. The color matches the original color perfectly. Customer service is first rate. My only complaint isn't really about Crandall but about FedEx. They give you a delivery date, you wait and wait, then when the day comes they give you another delivery date and you have to start waiting all over. Anyway, I recommend Crandall.

I recently decided to revamp my 5 year old leap v2 with some newly upholstered cushions and a headrest. I had a small issue with the old chair’s tilt lock and Crandall went ahead and replaced the entire chair. The chair is insanely comfortable and looks great wrapped in the obsidian diamond bioknit.

Chair Verification & Refundable Deposit

After receiving your order, our team will contact you to request photos of your chair. This ensures we are upholstering and sending the correct pads for your model. Orders will be on hold until these photos are received and verified.

Our upholstery service is a full reupholstery service, not just the sale of new seat and back pads. To maintain our inventory and continue offering this service, we require the original seat and back pads to be returned to us.

A $100 pad return deposit is included with every order. Once the old pads are sent back using the provided prepaid return label, this $100 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.

Failure to return your original chair pads will result in a void of your upholstery and pad warranty.
