Our "Used As-Is" Herman Miller Mirra 2 chairs saw very limited use before coming to our facility, leaving them in excellent condition with minimal wear. Though not remanufactured, we offer a 2-year warranty and a 30-day return policy, making them an exceptional value.
Each chair is carefully inspected and cleaned. While no disassembly occurs, any necessary minor adjustments or repairs are made to ensure full functionality. Although the chair may show signs of light wear, it remains in excellent working condition, providing reliable comfort and ergonomic support without compromising quality.
All parts on the chair (except the new casters & gas cylinder) are 100% original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components, ensuring the same high standards of durability and performance as the chair's original design. These factory-standard parts maintain the chair’s integrity and long-lasting comfort.

Most of the Mirra 2 chairs we have in stock were manufactured between 2014 and 2018. These chairs came from offices that closed during the COVID pandemic, meaning they have seen very limited use and remain in excellent condition.

You can expect your chair to be in good overall condition with some minor signs of wear, such as light scuffs or surface marks, but the chair remains fully functional with all ergonomic features intact. It offers great value and reliable comfort at a lower price point.
Chairs with significant damage are removed from inventory and used for parts.

How Does the 2 Year Warranty Work?
How Does the 2 Year Warranty Work?
All of our used as-is Mirra 2 chairs are covered by our industry-leading 2 year warranty under normal usage. All working components are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
In the event of a failure, Crandall Office Furniture will send replacement parts with installation instructions – installation labor costs, or tools needed are not covered. In the event of a failure beyond repair, a replacement chair will be sent. This warranty is good up to the stated manufacturer’s weight limits / capacity, which is 350lbs for the Herman Miller Mirra 2 Chair.
Warranty is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or modification. Warranty only applies to the product; Crandall Office Furniture is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience, or any other special damages caused by any defect.

We are confident you will love your chair, but if for any reason you don’t, contact us for a no-hassle free return within 30 days of receiving your chair. We’ll send you a return shipping label and refund your entire purchase price once the chair has been received and inspected.
Returned chairs must be in the same condition as received and returned in the original box. (please keep the box until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping the chair).
Chairs with significant visible wear or damage, will incur a 15% restocking fee.
