Quality I expected and quality this chair deserves.

I had my chair since 2001, and I still have it and its still functions.

Needless to say after 25 years, some things need to be replaced it is not good when you cannot find extra parts and you have to throw away something that is really well-made in incredibly designed.

It is also overwhelming when you go. on big Online stores and there are 20 versions of the same part that you need with no apparent differences and different prices, and you really cannot tell why is one better than the other?

This is why I decided to go with buying straight from Crandall. For some reason I expected, they will stand behind their product and I’ll be able to have a direct communication in case I need help.

The parts I ordered have arrived, and they are absolutely great! Everything I could hope for.
If you have this great chair in your office - Crandall is the way to go!

The black covering was peeling off. Seemed like a used piece or a manufacturing defect.

It’s a bit stiff, but it gets the job done.

I bought this lumbar cushion support pad to replace the posture fit that came installed on my home office chair. I have an original HM lumbar cushion support pad on my work chair so I had something to compare this one to. The original, while firm, is more pliable and easier to adjust on the chair. It just fits the chair better. By comparison, this one is stiff and the outside material is hard. It’s important to keep it level when installing or it comes off the little tracks it slide on and is tough to adjust. That said, once it’s on and set where you want it, it gets the job done. In my opinion this support cushion is much more comfortable than the Posture Fit. Well worth the money.

It keeps popping off the rails, they have fewer holders than the oem version and accordingly it doesn't hold on properly.
