Steelcase 453 Criterion Arm Pads - Black

Perfect fit, difference is night and day. The manufacturing date on my Criterion says 6/26/2000. That is 24 years of wear - the existing arm pads basically don't have any support and feel like they are full of air instead of cushion. They would make my arms feel tingly and uncomfortable after 15 minutes of use. These new ones are firm and supportive and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Pros: Price = Acceptable; Quality = Excellent; Delivery = Excellent; Came with needed screws; plastic bottom pieces fit my 453 criterion; Availability meaning I am lucky to get parts for this old chair = excellent. Cons: only one color (black). Gray would be nice

Came with screws. Fit my model 453 Criterion. Price Acceptable. Quality = Acceptable as in it didn't crack under stress of screws which is important as that's all that is holding the chair arm on the chair.
