High Quality, but little "cush".

Not entirely unhappy with the product. They're solid and well-made. They shipped quickly. But the pads don't have nearly the same cush factor the originals had. I guess that can be attributed to the fact that they were leather. All told, I'd shop with Crandall again.

Decent, but not worth the premium cost

As advertised, these arm pads do have a bit more cushion than the originals and replacements from other brands, but they are still quite stiff. The most disappointing part is that the edges of the top of each pad are much harder than the rest. They aren't bad, but you're better off getting ones from eBay that don't have these hard edges for $10-$15 as these don't add much to deserve the premium price.

Steelcase 462 Leap V2 Arm Pads

I bought my chair used and it is a 2011 Leap v2. The only issue I had with these pads, is that the original screws for my chair were not long enough to fit the pre drilled holes on these pads. I had to break out the old miscellaneous screws jar to put them on, which is why I took off a star. For the price, it would be nice if they included screws just in case. However, between my new cushions, and these arm pads, I feel like I have a brand new chair. So glad I discovered Crandall!

The airpads came in fast, but the quality was less than what I was expecting for the price. The cushion feels like it's a worse quality and the finish on the airpads feels a bit cheap (feels like an average arm rest/plastic-y). Overall, good experience, just a bit pricier than the quality of the product I feel like.
