The assembly process of the Aeron chair is a pretty quick and easy one. Every Aeron chair we sell ships mostly assembled, with the gas cylinder and casters already installed. All you have to do is attach the back of the chair with the 4 screws provided, and then install the PostureFit Lumbar.
