We are excited to continue this series of featuring the variety of adjustments on all of our chairs and today we look at the Herman Miller Mirra 2 Chair.

Height And Seat Adjustments

Height Adjustment

Pull height adjustment lever up to move the chair up or down to whichever position fits you best. To have the chair go down lift the lever and make sure you put weight in the chair by either sitting in it or putting weight with your knee to the desired position.

Forward Tilt Adjustment

While sitting in the chair lean back and push the knob forwards this will let you lean forward in the chair for those that like to work while leaning forward in there desk or workstation, to put back to standard position lean back and lift up on the lever.

Front Edge Tilt Adjustment

To use this adjustment pull up the lever underneath the chair towards the front and push down to tilt the front edge of the seat down. This takes the pressure off of behind the knees and can be adjusted to any position. To bring the front edge back to its original position lift the lever again and it will go back into place.

Back Adjustments

Lean Back Tension Adjustment

On the right hand side of the chair there is a circular knob that is the lean back tension adjustment. This can be rotated clockwise to increase the tension when you lean back and counter clockwise to decrease tension when you lean back in the chair.

Variable Stop Tilt Lock (Tilt Limiter)

The Tilt limiter has 3 different positions you have position one which is all the way in the most downward position gives you full mobility while leaning back. Lift up to number two stops you half way and number 3 is a full stop lock so that you can't lean back. There is a little bit of give with the full stop lock so you can lean back a little..

Lumbar Adjustment

The chair has two knobs on the back of the chair that connects to the lumbar system. These knobs when rotated upwards increases the pressure on your back and the downwards to decrease the pressure on your back. This system does move up and down the back for the best comfortability.

Arm Adjustments

Each arm has its own lever on the back of the arm, lift this lever to change the height of each arm for the best comfortability. These arms are a pivot style arm and has 3 different pivot points right, left and center.
