Each chair is remanufactured to the customer’s exact specifications using Steelcase OEM parts and materials whenever possible. Currently, the program includes Steelcase Leap (V1 & V2), Gesture, Think (V1 & V2), Amia, and Criterion task chairs. If you have a different model or are interested in a pilot for another product, reach out to your Steelcase representative or Crandall for guidance.

- Send in your existing Steelcase chairs to be remanufactured

Yes. All high-wear components - like arm pads, upholstery, and gas cylinders - are proactively replaced with Steelcase OEM parts whenever available. In rare cases where OEM parts are not yet available, high-quality alternatives may be used.

Lead times vary by project based on quantity, location, and material availability, but in general, this program delivers chairs within similar timeframes as new Steelcase orders.
