great chair for the money
Just as described, great price definitely take a chance these are brand new great products at an unbelievable price. Will shop again soon . Thanks for everything .
What a pleasure the whole experience was. I took several weeks of browsing their site, learning some things, getting a complete description of the whole process of where they get the chair and what they do with it after they receive it. The YouTube videos are extremely helpful and presented in a way that is easy to understand.
I bought this chair and they shipped it quicker than I was told to expect to be. It was the exact chair that they showed on the website. The condition was spot on with how they reported it.
It went together easily and the instructions were great (actual words and pictures, in English). I used it several days and everything was good, but I felt like the seat tilted towards the floor somewhat, which might be fine for most people, but it was not perfect for me. I was trying to decide if I wanted to keep it or, if that minor flaw (for my personal taste) was enough to cause me regret in the future. This is way beyond what I would spend on a chair but I was tired of reading review after review on less expensive chairs that always had over a 25% dissatisfaction rate. So I really felt that it should feel like the amount of coin I spent on it.
I decided to get with them and see what they suggested. I thought if did I decide to returned it, they could advise me on what other chair that they keep that would fit me better.
Before I could contact them, Mr. David Crandall emailed me (personally) and asked how it was going and what I thought. After reading my response, he told me that something was amiss and to send some photos and what to take the pictures of. He also sent me a video showing me how to remove the seat from the base.
Upon seeing the pictures he had Ms. Sheri jump in on the email chain. She called me on the phone and asked me about two small parts that were missing between the seat cushion assembly and the chair seat base. I said, “you mean these two parts that are in the bubble wrap that I could not see indicated on the instructions?” Turns out, I cannot read plain English or understand clear pictures. I looked at the instructions again after hanging up the phone, and it told what to do with them. She sent me a video too, which showed how to install the pieces, since I obviously cannot read.
Wouldn’t you know it, the chair is now perfect thanks to them. Amazing how well the chair was without all the components.
So, who have you bought something from lately that has called you to help you? Yeah, NOBODY!
If you read up on the internet you will see that Crandall has a great reputation. I can personally say that they earn it.
Thanks Mr. David and Ms. Sheri!
