Through a partnership agreement with Haworth, Crandall Office Furniture is now able to take these open box return chairs, and offer them to our customers at a reduced price.
All of these chairs come with a 2 Year Warranty (provided by Crandall Office Furniture), but are not eligible for return (All Sales Final).

Chair itself is fairly comfortable. The adjustment options are great.
Minuses are the chair is very squeaky in both the wheels and where the height adjustment cylinder meets the base. Also, it seems the wheels don’t all contact the ground. I don’t know if it’s a wheel issue or the chair base is somehow bent. Either way, it’s annoying.
If I bought this chair new, I would have returned it. Since I bought a returned item, I guess I have to live with it.
Disappointed.
