Highly recommended. Well priced, high quality kit to convert your Herman Miller Aeron chair to a stool height version for use with standing desks. Customer service is top notch, quick and helpful in answering questions. I had initially ordered the incorrect side activated version (instead of top activated version). Contacted customer service and they exchanged and sent me a correct one immediately.

I purchased this kit to get some extra height out of my Aeron chair and it is PERFECT! At its lowest it puts the chair just below it’s original highest position, and at highest it’s a great stool height. The foot ring is sturdy and has nice fit and finish.

I wanted my Aeron chair (which I love!) higher so I could use it at my drafting board and a 39” high conference table. I hate to admit that I am a 70 year old woman and there was no man around when I wanted to install the conversion kit so I You Tubed it and figured it out! I really didn’t think I’d have the strength to twist the pipe wrench or the smarts to reattach the cable…… but, I did! It was so easy! And honestly the hardest part was getting that crazy heavy chair turned upside down on my higher work surface! So not only do I have an amazingly utilitarian work stool I feel like I totally accomplished something I never thought I could do!
